Lake Nakuru National Park

Just a few pictures of our yurt and the orphanage before we head off to Nakuru National Park.

Then we headed to the van and a day at Nakuru Lake and National Park.
Lake Nakuru is recognized as being one of the natural wonders of the world due to it's massive numbers of flamingos that reside here. Sometimes the population is as high as 1.5 million.

One last trip to the lake and the flamingos.
After an incredible day we headed back to the MIA Orphanage for another wonderful dinner and conversation.
We had some sweet little guys waiting for us when we got back!
