Got up this morning and John and I headed across the street to the gym and worked out. Dave beat us out the door at 5 to run 19 miles today. Not sure where he gets all his stamina! Got cleaned up and we headed to St. George's for church. Following lemonade on the lawn Dave headed for his Vestry meeting and the rest of us came home. Had lunch and played with the fire trucks and generally just had fun. Colin left for his 3:00 Awana class and Jill and Ryan headed across the street to play some lacrosse. John was reading the Kauai Revealed book and Jean worked on the Alternative Gifts Fair article for the Nov. newsletter at church. Ryan and Clark, his friend from next door, are now boogie boarding down their back hill having a grand old time.
Will have dinner when Dave and Colin get back and then an early evening as a school day for both boys. Busy week ahead and then John and Jean head for Kauai for a week on Friday. The weather gorgeous as always! Happy St. Luke's Day to all!
