Home again.

Boy, Jean got treated to her Mother's Day gift yesterday morning....a pedicure and Jill had one too. We had a great time! I could get used to that! Even have flowers on my toes :-) Meanwhile Grandpa and the boys had a great time at the pool practicing snorkeling some more. Then lunch, packing and a trip to the airport :-( All good things must come to an end I guess.

Had Jean's first experience flying 1st Class! I could get used to that! Our tickets were frequent flyer ones....and we ended up there :-) The seats virtually laid down and the food was great. Still only slept about 4 hours off and on as it was a direct flight to Dallas, but that was probably twice the sleep I would have had otherwise.

It was a delightful stay....as always. Lots of firsts this time--Colin reading to us, loosing his first tooth, Ryan's gymnastics and swimming, 8 days in Maui, Admiral Tours, some Jill and Dave away time and lots and lots more. Might be our last trip to Hawaii as the Bairds will be returning to the states sometime early next year so Dave can requalify on the aircraft for about 8-9 months and then off to Japan for three years where he'll do his Executive Officer and Commander stints, actually with his very first squadron. But, they don't yet know where (either Lemore NAS in California or Oceana NAS in Virginia Beach) or when they will return to the states. Don't know how long we can wait without those little guy hugs!!! But for now, we've got tons of pictures and wonderful memories! Thanks Bairds for putting up with us again! What a blessing!!!
