We were up to bright sunshine this morning. The roosters didn't crow until after 6:30...actually later than some of the folks up walking around and talking. We had a nice leisurely breakfast and went and found the REAL Annini Beach and it was perfect for kids and snorkeling. The waves broke out about 300 yards and there was a nice calm pool area in between. Dave, John and Jill snorkeled and saw quite a number of fish. Colin almost did, but not quite ready for it yet. We dug great holes in the sand that filled with water as the tide came in. We stayed for a couple of hours and then headed home for lunch and quiet/nap time. Even the big kids relaxed. John also took some pictures of the water lilies in the fountain at the entrance to the condo's. When Colin got up he and Dave went for a hike to a beach nearby. When they returned Ryan, Colin and Dave went to the pool. Lots of jumping in with Grandpa snapping pictures while Jill and Grandma enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck. It's a great life! When everybody came home the boys jumped into the "bubble tub" and Dave into the shower and Jill and Dave took off to Lihue and the airport to drop Dave off...back to work tomorrow! They had reservations at a nice restaurant for a quiet dinner before he left. Grandma and Grandpa and the boys had beer balls for dinner and ice cream and a nice walk before jammies and Curious George stories. Another very pleasant day!
